Located in Sheffield, Massachusetts, Holmes Fine Furniture is in the heart of Antique Alley.

Started in 1986 as a Furniture Restoration business, Holmes Fine Furniture has since grown into a "Custom-made" Fine Furniture Shop.

Being a third generation cabinetmaker, he grew up in and around the antiques business. Immersed in this world of art and antiques early on, he gained an appreciation for high quality early American furniture as well as developing a keen eye for the details these pieces possess.

Traditional tried and true joinery techniques are used in the creation of each of his handcrafted pieces of furniture.

Early on in his career he apprenticed with Connecticut Master Cabinetmaker Roger Gonzales.

Geoffrey Holmes uses his own Master Cabinetmaker skills as he creates each piece from start to finish resulting in a beautiful "one of a kind" piece of furniture.

In addition to his fine furniture, he also creates beautiful custom-made Bonsai stands.

He carefully selects all wood to insure quality and beauty.
